Dear user,
We regret to declare that officially Bangla font will not be allowed in ‘Forum’ and other major fields.
Bangla is our mother tongue and we reserve due respect for our native language. Certainly we all are very much conversant and comfortable with Bangla than any other language.
The prospect behind developing this website was not only to gratify local chunatian but also to spread the prominence of chunati globally. For us chunati is already deeply embedded in our heart, we are accustomed to cherish and bear its culture and tradition. But for those new generation chunatian staying abroad, hardly can read or write Bangla, never had opportunity to visit Chunati, to them Chunati and its culture is just an imagination. For them this website can be a means to know about their beloved village and Ancestor.
Moreover a wide number of foreigners are also introduced to this website and a lot of them visiting it quite regularly. Once in this Forum, one of our honorable user pleaded to all to stop using ‘Mama/Chacha’ as it was confusing his foreigner colleague who randomly visit this website. If entire forum is turned to Bangla, how will it be comprehensible to them?
There is no doubt that if Bangla font is allowed this forum will be an untidy place. A lot of silly topics may be raised that may embarrass all of us.’ Writers Column’ and ‘Events & Happening’ is left open for enthusiast Bangla writer, please send us your article, we will upload it in Chunati.com.

Dear user,
We have customized and reformed our existing ‘career corner”. This time we have emphasized on making it more functional and productive.
Front page of the career corner will show the recent job offers posted by our user. Later it’s divided into two section,” Job seeker’s’ panel” and “Employer’s panel”. Every user is privileged to use same user id for both panel as well as in the “Forum”.
Under “Job seeker’s panel”, user can post, edit and update his resume, as well update user account information. This account also offers him the opportunity of sending copies of your resume to the prospective employers.
Under “Employer’s panel” user can post a new job. It also gives a background to view the enlisted resume available in Chunati.com database. This account also offers him the opportunity of updating user account information.
In the main page, if you click the blue hyperlink of the job title, details of job requirements and address will be displayed. Same way, under “Employer’s panel”, View resume>Name>Click job seeker’s name, details of his resume will be presented.
The development done in “Career Corner”, we do not consider it as final. Chunati.com team always believes in quality improvement, but it can only be achieved by your valuable feedback. Please feel free to contact us.

We have introduced your long awaited and demanded user id restriction in the “Forum” section for posting a new topic and replying to an existing topic.
Please click “User Registration” positioned at the lower menu of the front page and you will be linked to our easy step-by-step registration page. Simply enter your information and click "create my account”. We will verify your user information and activate your user id shortly.
The name entered during registration will be displayed in the “Forum” as a ‘Posted by name’. It’s not mandatory to use your full name. First name/Nick came can be used too.

Space for Rent

We have created some space in the front page for the advertisement. We are inviting everyone to offer your company advertisements for the site. We will charge a nominal fee of around 1000 taka for every 6 month for each of the advertisement. All the money earned through the advertisement will be donated to the ‘Sirat Fund/other charity’ in yearly basis. And the entire transaction of payment and donation will be illustrated in the website for users to monitor and evaluate.
We are expecting everyone’s suggestions and ideas in this regard.

We are obliged for your courteous and kind appreciation.
Only moderator should not be credited for this job. It was the outcome of love and inspiration of all chunatian, blessing of our Ancestor and obligation to our holy land Who has given us such a solid foundation. Someone had to do it, we were lucky enough to be a part of this noble job. We have founded it,Insallah our descendant will keep on continuing it.
Chunati.com was not developed by a hurried decision. We have given every effort to make it successful one. We have organized meeting in Chunati with young guys, we met the chief of all educational institutes and clubs, tried to contact with some of the renowned personalities of Chunati.Some we could achieve, some we could not. But we did not wanted to publicize much before putting it in web as someone might have disagreement, someone might do unusual interference what could discourage us from doing this job. By the grace of Almighty, we could start it successfully without any hindrance.
We did not lose anything; still days are ahead of us to make it more fruitful and prosperous. Please extend your hand and have your contribution for your beloved Chunati.

Here I would like to draw all of your kind attention.
There was some prospect behind developing this website. Each of the field of the website was produced to serve some specific purpose. We are ashamed and regret to say that we could not reach our target by last one year. But does the liability go to the moderator only???
Chunati is famous for its distinctive culture and heritage. Our aim was to accrue the manuscript of its unique culture and history, as well as to reveal it to the outsider. Developing a website for such a renowned place like Chunati is not a tiny job. Only developer can never accomplish this job if not accompanied by other chunatian. We few guys united together to start this noble job, but every chunatian’s help and contributions is very much needed for its advancement .
If you explore through each of the sub-menu of the website, you will wonder, many fields still left blank. We have many proficient people in Chunati to write for this site. Can’t we give a hand to make it more informative and more notable? Choose any of the vacant topics, write about that and send to us or if you have any composed copy from anywhere, you can send us too, please take a little pain to translate and amend it if necessary. There are many ways to have your contribution to this website, you can send your known peoples profile and blood group for “who’s where” section, If you have some good pictures about the scenic beauty of Chunati, you can send it for “Photo Album” section. If you wish to share your joys and happiness with all chunatian, we will always welcome you in the “Events & Happenings” section on displaying your wedding pictures, solo or group pictures of your family occasion or social occasion, wedding anniversary and birthday greetings etc.
Introducing new people to this website also can be a part of your contribution.

If you have browsed through “Event & Happenings” section, you might have seen it, we have already started to wish people on their Birthday occasion. We will add birth date in the personal profile, but always it may not be possible for moderator to wish on every individual’s birthday, as the list is quite extensive. Please inform us early about your beloved one’s birth date, we will upload the birth day greeting card for him, where all can post their wishes.

Dear Viewers,
Moderator has the trace of the entire messages delivered by them in this ‘Forum’.
Day by day chunati.com has become more matured and assumed to be a useful website for chunatian. It always does not seem decent to intervene on someone’s speech freedom.
To expunge a topics or reply is not a big deal for moderator. But why we will need to do that?
We assume, all of the writers of this ‘Forum’ are quite competent and intelligent. We expect them to judge their article prior to post it. Putting the barrier by user id or word limitation for the name field will never solve the problem unless we rectify it ourselves. Someone can register with mysterious id or still can use alien name.
This is a new website and something very new for chunatian.We wanted more young chunatians to take part in the forum section. So much restriction and rules at this stage may discourage them from writing here.
Earnest request to everyone, please post only the important and relevant topics. Assess yourself while choosing an issue or replying to a topic. Unrelated and silly posting will devaluate your uniqueness only.
This is not a moderator dominated website. It is chunatians assets. Everyone’s contribution will make it more informative and will increase its magnificence.

At this moment, we do not any plan to include the living person’s biography. We all admit that we have a lot of living distinguished personalities in Chunati. All of them are quite well established in their own field. They deserve to have their name included in chunati.com. But, we want to give priority to those deceased illustrious person to have their biography in the site first .We assure, gradually we will add in all eminent personalities’ biography either alive or expired.

The “Forum” section was conceptualized on the basis that, it will create a room for the user, where each of them can share and exchange their thoughts, knowledge and ideas with all other user. Raise an issue, add your comments in an existing issue, interact with each others, and let others to analyze and pick the resultant output.
If any user explore through each of the items of the “Menu”, it will be easily comprehensible that, each of the field stand for specific purposes. The “Who’s Where” section was designed to input the personal profiles of all Chunatian. Please do not post your personal profile under “Forum” section. No where, “Forum” is used for displaying personal profile.
